Enjoy a day of self-care, renewal, and awareness growth. Connect, renew, move, and grow self-awareness, and other awareness. Expand insights on your body, head, heart, and spirit with the spiritual psychodynamic map and tool... the Enneagram Systems. You'll move your body with movement play, and open your body awareness. These together nurture embodied wisdom.

Enjoy circle connections, breakouts, solo time + group play.
Explore the Enneagram, relating and communicating, emotions, as well as energy and body wisdom.
Enjoy time in nature journaling & renewing, in Bend of Ivy's nature sanctuary and retreat center.
Refuel with available light snacks, tea, coffee, and water. Feel free to bring a beverage, mug.
Get the Lunch option as an add-on, if desired. Let us know if this is desired, and we'll send lunch info. Or can bring your own lunch.

Bit on Susan and Megan...
Susan ...Susan's an experienced life and leadership coach, facilitator, steward, and Enneagram practitioner (geek). She has diverse and extensive experience, training, and certifications in Enneagram systems, Conscious Living, coaching, trauma, presence, family constellation, earth and plant wisdom, and neuroscience. She's a certified Enneagram practitioner and Coach. with Integrative Enneagram Solutions iEQ9, Aephoria Enneagram Solutions, Enneagram Certification Program in Conscious Living (with Russ Hudson and Jessica Dibbs), International Enneagram Association, CPEnneagram Academy Professional Track. She's completing her Enneagram Teacher's Training Certification (with Russ Hudson and Jessica Dibbs. Her company is Intentional Growth LLC ( IGL). She's also co-owner and steward of Bend of Ivy Lodge, IGL's nature sanctuary and retreat center.
Megan ... Megan Bascom (a.k.a. Megan Hillman-Hammer) is a choreographer, performer, dance educator, and somatics practitioner. Her work is highly collaborative and relationship-driven. Her teaching and choreographic works have been presented and supported nationally and internationally. Megan received a BA with Honors in Dance Studies, focusing on Dance Injury and prevention, from the University of South Florida and an MFA in Dance/Choreography from the University of Michigan. Her research continues to focus on facilitating spaces where individuals can have embodied somatic experiences, discuss body language, play with the physicality of the body, and reflect on empathy. She is certified in Pilates through the Kane School for Core Integration and has been teaching a comprehensive clientele since 2008. In addition to her artistic pursuits, Megan assisted in co-authoring Up Down, Move Around: Active Learning for Preschoolers with Deborah Kayton Michals, published by Gryphon House 2013.
