Men, This Way

Each year, this retreat is the pinnacle experience of a year-long coaching journey in which men do a deep-dive exploration into The 5 Pillars of a Thriving Man. 

Men are supported to confront any domain in life in which they may be playing small and safe, avoiding risk for the sake of comfort. Men are then challenged to play life at a higher level, in alignment with their deepest purpose and greatest vision for their lives.
