About the Event
A silent retreat in the Zen Tradition with David McKay. Each day will include 4-6 sits, a bit of walking meditation, two workshop sessions, yoga, delicious vegetarian meals, and time to walk, rest, or just be.
The workshops will offer teachings that combine ancient wisdom from the Buddhist tradition and modern psychological tools. Relaxed, friendly, and non-dogmatic.
