Join us for Wake up The Heart: Power of Awe + The Enneagram. Enjoy an experiential day retreat, 10am - 4pm.
Explore, nurture, connect, and open your Heart Center. We'll gently explore and experience ways to connect to awe, the Heart Center and the other parts of the self, the intelligence centers of the body and head. Connecting and integrating. Pearls of Enneagram wisdom and maps will be shared giving insights on waking up the heart energy. Emotions and feelings.
The Heart Center is powerful Center of Intelligence for you. Your other two Centers of Intelligence are the Head Center and the Body Center. Often the heart gets shut down in surviving, navigating, from childhood wounds or trauma. We'll be curious, caring and open as we explore awe, heart energy and connecting the heart with your head and body centers.

The Retreat Day ticket includes a light lunch and beverage. 10am - 4pm. Please park in the Main Parking Lot. Meeting location will be sent before the retreat. Wear comfy clothes, shoes. Bring a notebook.
