Well-Being Resets & Enneagram Wayfinder: Heart & Head Energy: 2 Workshops & 2 Virtual Sessions

This is a two-part series.

There's magic keys to going deeper into your awakening and self-knowledge growth with the Enneagram. Knowing the 9 Enneagram types/ points and your dominant point is just a start.  Magic unlocking comes from  sensing, waking up and presencing into all the types/ points, instincts and energies.

Integrating the  3 centers of the Body, Heart and Mind are found to be the key way to be more awake and aware, and grow well-being. Be a better leader, coach, change maker, entrepreneur and being.

According to esteemed neuroscientist Dan Siegel (founder of Mindsight Institute), the KEY to well-being is the integration (working together) of the body, heart and head (the 3 centers).

These 2 day retreat workshops will lighly explore the Enneagram foundations, with a focus on the Heart Center and the Head/ Mind Center.

This retreat workshop day is part of Well-being & Enneagram Wayfinder immersion experiences ( 2 day retreats @ Bend of Ivy and 2 virtual offerings) by Susan Walters Minker. Or may be a stand alone, with registration opening end of June.

• Some basic enneagram exploration is suggested.** No need to know your type.
