Pop Up Yoga Classes at Bend of Ivy

Gentle Yoga (All Levels/Beginners Welcome), Vinyasa Flow (Level 1&2)

Experience a deeper connection to nature with outdoor classes on a mountain meadow surrounded by wildflowers and an extraordinary view of the Blue Ridge Mountains or in the peaceful, warmth of our pavilion space. Options will be given to modify your practice to accommodate your individual needs. 

Instructor: Wendy Mallett Lantis, e-RYT, YACEP. Space is limited. Pre-registration required. Social distancing & proper face masks are required, in accordance with Executive Order 155, Safer At Home Phase 2

Bend of Ivy is excited to announce there will be an evening yoga class by Blooming Yoga at Bend of Ivy. If the weather permits, the Vinyasa Yoga class will take place on top of the Chicane hill and have amazing views. Don't worry, if the weather is less than perfect we will move indoors to the Pavilion. 

This class will be led by Wendy Lantis This class is great for people of all levels. Must bring your own mat. The class size for this session is limited to 14 people. This will allow for safe social distancing. 

Please arrive a few minutes early because it will take a few minutes to park and walk.
