Susan & Intentional Growth
Susan is ceo and general manager of Intentional Growth LLC, which owns Bend of Ivy Lodge. She handles the business, operations, client interactions and team management of Intentional Growth and Bend of Ivy. Alan is BOI's cfo and also supports other local Asheville companies with cfo support through Kaplan CFO Solutions.
Susan manages Intentional Growth's Collaborative services. She offers Life and Work Design coaching, facilitating and programs. These support leaders, change agents, business owners, healers, groups and teams to create better choices, to better live and work with today's uncertain and complex needs.
How?
Today, building resiliency, self and other awareness and agility is crucial to well-being, navigating and thriving in life and work. These are key capacities today, to better support self, teams, families and organizations. Susan uses an alchemy mix of many tools including neuroscience, presence, Enneagram, well-being and conscious living & leading modalities. Services include coaching, facilitating, workshops and retreats.
